We not only plan, design, develop and produce your machines and system components, but also support you as a competent project management partner.
Our 6 designers use Solid Works and they are involved in customer projects from a very early stage. This enables new approaches to solutions or improvements/adjustments to your projects/products to be developed very quickly.
We will support you during the production of your technical prototypes. Our many years of expertise and the production processes available to us, such as various 3D printing processes, means that we can produce your prototype both promptly and economically. Classic production parts are manufactured on series machines right from the start, so we can judge from the first part whether your part can be produced economically.
We manufacture with a high level of vertical integration using the most modern machines and all parts are fully finished with the required and tested surface, after taking into consideration the industry-specific, national and international standards. The series ramp-up, which will include the documentation, takes place at our facility in Germany.
We will supply you with the spare parts that you need for your assemblies and machines. We will also create maintenance packages and ship them with their labels directly to the end customer or to their worldwide warehouses. Furthermore, we also provide maintenance and repair services in our factories.
